Foundations
Days: Mon, Thur
Our Foundations class is a hatha/vinyasa style class. It keeps you moving in sequence with the additional benefit of a slower pace to allow for mindful movement. Explore alignment of postures, an introduction of breath with movement & a focus on grounding. Perfect for beginners & beyond or those looking for a slower pace Vinyasa Flow.

Deep Stretch & Recovery
Days: Mon
This class blends deep, passive & active stretching with myofascial release techniques, using breathwork, props, and gentle movement to target tight muscles and fascia. You'll focus on elongating and softening areas that commonly hold tension—hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and lower back; helping to enhance flexibility, reduce soreness, and prevent injury. Perfect as an active recovery day, following an adventure filled weekend or to release stress. Great for recovery from Hyrox, HIIT workouts or sports training as well as stress tension.

Foundations to Flow
Days: Tues
Our Foundations to Flow class helps expand your practice, perfect for those who want to build up strength & flexibility with prior yoga experience or regular strength & fitness routines.
We will explore a wide variation of postures, Flow with the power of the breath in the signature vinyasa style helping you to deepen your practice. You can expect a range of options for your practice to enjoy fluid motion with the breath or to build on your practice, this class is perfect for those already familiar with yoga or those looking to progress from our Foundations class.

Beginners Yoga
Days: Wed, Fri, Sat
A gentle yoga practice with heaps of guidance. This class is perfect for the absolute beginner. A slow paced class that allows you to find you way around your mat, explore what works for you & begin approaching a regular self care routine for your mind & body.
You can expect a different class each week that focuses on different aspects of yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) & relaxation, all wrapped up with little pockets of philosophy weaved in.

Yang to Yin
Days: Wed
Yang is defined as active and masculine energy, like the sun, with our Yin energies therefore being more gentle and feminine, like the moon.
This class seeks to find a balance & harmony between our energies as we guide you to find a gradual shift from active movement towards stillness and peace.
A perfect all round class that helps to bring your mind, body & spirit into better harmony leaving a sense of being refreshed & renewed.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is slow paced style of yoga that offers deep interoception through longer held positions to target areas of tension in our connective tissue. This style of yoga is a perfect antidote for busy lifestyles and those exposed to stress in either mental or physical capacities. This class is ideal for those carrying tension, feeling burnt out or those with a highly active lifestyles to help you restore balance and increase flexibility.

Our Creative Vinyasa Flow Sequence is designed to break traditional movement patterns and inspire fluid, expressive motion. Instead of moving in predictable pathways, this sequence encourages you to explore your mat in unexpected ways, unlocking a sense of creativity and play. Throughout the month, you'll return to the same sequence, allowing you to deepen your connection to breath and movement fostering a meditative rhythm. Spark new ideas, or simply find joy in movement, this flow is a journey into creativity, breath, and flow-state presence.
