Ready to refine your flow and take your practice to the next level? This three-part Vinyasa Flow Yoga series is designed for those who already have some yoga experience and want to develop greater strength, fluidity, and breath awareness. In this series, you’ll: - Deepen your connection between breath and movement for a more intuitive flow - Explore dynamic sequences to build strength, mobility, and endurance - Refine transitions and alignment to move with greater ease and control - Cultivate mindfulness through breathwork, enhancing focus and resilience Each session will challenge and support you, helping you move with more intention and confidence. If you're looking to expand your practice and refine your movement, this series is for you. Some knowledge of foundational postures is required for this course and is intended for those looking to explore a deeper practice, we recommend having tried our Foundations class prior to this course.
Cancellation Policy
Courses can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the course start date, refunds for courses cancelled within 48 hours will be non-refundable unless the course place can be filled. Refunds can not be issued once the course starts or for any part of the course you are unable to attend. Our Trauma Informed Yoga Courses can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the start date, we are not able to refund the course after this date unless we are able to fill the space. We are not able to offer any refunds for any missed sessions of any of our courses.
